Welcome to the NEW BARTOL DINING!
We are so excited to offer a variety of fully customizable menu selections in our newly renovated space. We will continue to be completely nut-free.
Please contact our staff if you have a specific dietary need.
New this year:
- True Balance - Daily menu selections made without wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish and fin-fish.
- Sauté Your Way - Fully customizable pasta, stir-fry and omelets.
- Vegan - Hearty vegan, plant based selections featuring a variety of composed-to-order entrées and sides.
- Foodology - Hot entrees and sides with daily vegetarian option.
- Sweet Pickles - Made-to-order deli
- Green and Grains - Our salad bar has just gotten bigger. The most popular station at Bartol is bigger and better than ever.
* Please note - Bartol Dining is a nut-free facility. We do not use nuts in any of our recipes and we offer sun butter instead of peanut butter. If you see nuts listed in one of the recipes below, please know this ingredient has been omitted from the actual product produced in our kitchen. Station signs will accurately list menu item ingredients. Aramark relies on our vendors’ allergy warnings and ingredient listings. For your safety, we still advise students to inform their server of any food allergies.
Due to ongoing supply chain disruptions requiring ingredient substitutions, allergen and ingredient information on menu boards, recipe cards, and website may not be current. If you or someone in your party has a food allergy, please contact a food service manager, chef or dietitian on site.
